Scope of Research Work

The scope of research work for the AI MedTech International Conference 2026 (AI MedTech 2026) encompasses a comprehensive exploration of Artificial Intelligence applications in Medicine, Healthcare Systems, and Medical Technology innovation. On the medical research front, the conference invites studies advancing AI-driven diagnostics, precision medicine, oncology, cardiology, interventional radiology, and digital therapeutics, emphasizing clinical validation, patient outcomes, and integration into medical workflows. On the scientific and technological side, the focus extends to machine learning, deep learning, federated learning, and generative AI applied to multimodal biomedical data, wearable sensors, health informatics, and medical imaging. Research on Explainable and Ethical AI (XAI), data privacy, cybersecurity, digital twins, and intelligent medical devices is also central. Together, these domains aim to foster cross-disciplinary innovation bridging clinical needs and AI-driven solutions, contributing to a safer, smarter, and more sustainable healthcare ecosystem.

Submission of Medical Research and Scientific Research Papers

Authors are invited to submit their medical and scientific-technological research papers to the AI MedTech International Conference 2026 (AI MedTech 2026) through the EasyChair submission platform, https://easychair.org/cfp/AIMEDTECH-2026. Each submission should begin with an abstract of up to 250 words, followed by the full paper, which may be uploaded within one week of the abstract submission deadline. The conference welcomes contributions in three primary categories:

(1) Full-length journal research papers (up to 10 pages, including references),

(2) Full-length research papers (up to 6 pages), 

(3) Short papers (up to 5 pages) presenting preliminary or late-breaking findings, and

(4) Demo papers (max 5 pages, including references), describing a demonstration of implemented systems.

Additionally, demo papers (up to 5 pages) are invited for authors wishing to showcase implemented systems or applications. Papers must be formatted according to Springer’s LNCS guidelines, using the official LaTeX or Word templates (also available via Overleaf). Authors should include their ORCID identifiers in submissions. Accepted papers from all categories will undergo peer review and, upon acceptance, will be published in the Springer Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence (LNAI) series, ensuring wide academic visibility and indexing in major databases.

Both Medical Research Papers-Journals and Scientific-Technological Research Papers-Journals, will be published in well known and research-scientifically recognized Publishing Organizations.

Publication 

The proceedings will be published by Springer as part of Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence (LNAI), a subseries of LNCS dedicated to artificial intelligence research. Please note that for a paper to be published, at least one of its authors must pay a full registration fee.

Proceedings from prior AIME conferences can be viewed on SpringerLink.

Authors of the best accepted papers will be invited to expand and refine their manuscripts for possible publication in the Elsevier journal Artificial Intelligence in Medicine.

There will be 3 Awards nominated for Best Medical Research Innovations-Interventions, and also 

3 Awards for Best Scientific-Technological Research Innovations-Papers.

Awards will be given according to the Conference steering committee, based on the quality of both the paper and oral presentation at the conference.
