Accommodation – Aliathon Resort (Paphos)
All rooms are on a request basis and subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation. Rates apply to the conference dates and any additional nights requested by participants. The hotel reserves the right to adjust quotations if the group request is modified.

Payment & Cancellations
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Cancellations received by 28 February 2026 are eligible for an 80% refund. Cancellations from 1 March 2026 onward are non-refundable; substitutions are permitted. Any extras incurred at the hotel must be settled directly before departure.

Standard check-in: 14:00 · Check-out: 12:00 noon (local time).

Complimentary Policy
Subject to availability, room upgrades may be granted to group leaders. High-speed Wi-Fi is complimentary in all rooms and public areas of the resort.

Liability & Programme Changes
The organisers reserve the right to adjust the scientific programme, speakers, or venue due to circumstances beyond their control. The organisers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during travel to/from or attendance at the event.

The AI MedTech International Conference 2026 is organised by SuccessHub Solutions Ltd, acting as Data Controller and Registered CME/CPD Provider (RDDP) under UEMS–EACCME®. All personal data are processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UEMS–EACCME® standards.

What data we collect:
Identification and contact details (name, title, institution, country, email, phone), professional status, registration and attendance details, and – where applicable – information needed for accreditation, invoicing and issuing CME/CPD certificates.

Purpose of processing:
• Managing your registration and participation in AI MedTech 2026
• Complying with CME/CPD accreditation and reporting requirements (UEMS–EACCME®)
• Issuing certificates of attendance and CME/CPD credits
• Providing logistical and event-related updates
• Fulfilling legal, tax and accounting obligations
